My 7yr old DD has a pink bunny rabbit that I don't think she can live without  I bought this rabbit as a last minute item for her Easter Basket when she was 3yrs old, and it was love at first sight for her and this rabbit  She sleeps with this rabbit everynight, and it has traveled to WDW with her 3 times.

My DD has been sick today and I washed her special rabbit to freshin it up :goodvibes I looked at this rabbit and it's not aging very well :sad2: . The fur is getting all nappy (even with washing) and it's limbs are getting real weak. The day something happens to this rabbit, will be a very devostating day for DD. Hopefully, that will not be any time soon

So......does your child/children have anything like this??

Kovu & Kiara. :goodvibes

They sleep with her everynight and go with us everywhere... they have been to Disney 3 times, to Alaska, out west to a due ranch and this summer are coming to London. We would be devestated to lose them :(

My younger son loves his blankie. He's had it since he was born and sleeps with it every night. He also carries it around the house sometimes like Linus. I'm trying to break him of that habit.

My older son doesn't really have a favorite object. I guess his favorite thing to do is play Super Mario Sunshine on the Gamecube.

I just asked DD6, "What's your favorite thing?"

Her answer? "YOU!"

Awwww....can you see me smiling?

Tori (6) loved and still loves her 'lello banket (yellow blanket) -- I slept with this small little blanket with satin edging before she was born and gave it to her after - someone told me something about the scent of their mother being comforting -- must have worked with her - she loved it - still sleeps with it

Bess (5) didn't have anything really - tried the little blanket with her -- didn't take - she didn't seem to like it at all --- she latched on to a "spare" blanket at daycare -- it has cats on it - she loved it from about 6 months on -- but about 3 moved to "Amber kitty" who comes everywhere - even on a hike in the black hills - Bess put her on a leash so she could hike behind us -- that thing was so flithy -- but washed up good

I imagine these things will go to college with them

My DS(4) has a rabbit he got for his 1st Easter. It is not aging so well. He still loves it, though! I tried & tried to find a replacement and never could. Finally, last year, Kohls had them again, but in a bigger version. I bought one & it's so funny to see the difference between the old & new ones.

My DS(2) has a MBBP Lumpy from TDS that he just loves. He actually has 2 since I bought a spare while I still could. He only became attached to them in the past 6 months or so. Before that, he had 2 blue Gund "My first puppy" animals that he loved.

My 3yo dd has a little puppy figurine that her 8yo sister gave to her for Christmas. At first, we kept telling her to be careful with it because it's breakable, so now she calls it "my breakable puppy" :lmao: . It fits perfectly in her fist and she carries it around and sleeps with it. :confused3 She loves it even more than her previous fave -- a soft plush puppy that "she" received at her baby shower.

My girls love their blankies... they had them since birth and have made it in 4 squares and all that is left of them is one tiny square each. So we keep CLOSE tabs on them.

DS10 has a large brown bear that is his lifeline. Bear goes on trips and likes to hug. Bear was the receiver of the first kisses DS ever made. His hair is stiff and his bowtie is shabby, but Bear is still first in Ds's heart.

DD12 loves her blankie. It goes camping, goes on tour with her, and "sleeps" next to her skin every night. She had a beloved stuffed manatee and lost it on a trip to Florida. She grieved for Manny for years afterward.

DS6 has a blanket that he calls his blue pillow. He has had it since he was a baby...it used to be nice and soft and fluffy, but now it is pretty hard and squashed and chewed on. He still sleeps with it though.

DD4 has many loves...however, she especially loves her blanket...a rainbow silk one that DSis got her from Magic Cabin (they have such great stuff! But beware, it can be addicting!!) and the blanket has now been replaced three times. Her next favorite thing is a pink bunny she got for Easter..."she" (all her toys are girls) is creatively named "Bunny."

Bunny accompanies Doggy, Puppy, Fluffy, Spotty (a giraffe...a girl), Beary, Doll, Pretty (a pink cat), and Froggy in DD's bed.
