I love artichokes. I will eat them stuffed with shrimp, drizzled with lemon butter. I like them plain and also will eat them with miracle whip.

Garden tomatoes, bell pepper, cucumbers (all home grown) with onions. This is a staple of ours all summer long. My dh barbeques all summer so I guess I really don't have an absolute favorite meal. It all depends on the mood I am in and what I feel like on a particular day.

I also love crab, shrimp and lobster. Dang, I'm hungry.

Thanksgiving!!! I love, love, love thanksgiving dinner. I love the turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes with gravy, yeast rolls, cranberry relish and green bean casserole! My DM hates turkey and every year wants to have ham for all the holidays, so I will fix both ham and turkey to make us both happy!

I make turkey several times a year I like it so well!

My favorite comfort meal ...Hamburger steak, french fries and gravy all over both and a side of green giant french cut string beans. Talk about a heart attack waiting to happen. I also could eat steamed clams every day. Love them. Terri

A sushi and sashimi dinner with oshinko and kimchee.
No shrimp but must have tako, sake, maguro, and masago or tobiko. Natto is fine and so is a salmon skin roll. Spicy tuna roll and a kimchee roll. Age -tofu and edamame as appetizers

I like a good filet or prime rib.

But my favorite meal is "mush." Mush consits of my mom makes a roast with homemade gravy (complete with pieces of roast) and homemade mashed potatoes. Yummmmmmmm My parents are visiting this weekend and we are making this!

I love Gyros also!! We had a Meditteranan (sp) restaurant open up within walking distance of work.....yummy and inexpensive!!
