What's your 2016 vacation plan?

We will be in DL for one week in May 2016, if Soarin' is open. My parents are coming this time and Soarin' IS Disney to my mom! They cannot go often, so it would be a deal breaker. We will move the trip if it will be under refurbishment.

There's a decent chance you may miss it, as it's being changed to "Soarin' Over the Horizon" next year.

I just find it so odd that Touring Plans lists the closure until June 2... coincidentally, the same opening day as Soarin' at Epcot. At Epcot, they are adding a whole new theater, whereas at DL they are only updating the equipment already there, so I can't imagine why it would take as long as the Epcot refurb. Unless they want to release the new version at the same time at both parks? It just doesn't make much sense.

I have late June dates picked out if Soarin' does close that long. I just hate to move the trip now, without knowing for certain, since airfare and hotel are MUCH higher in late June. It's a waiting game until Disney decides to clue us in, unfortunately!

As a long time DW passholder vet (lived in Orlando for 20yrs)...my GF and I went to DW in June/2015 and had made plans to take MY dream vacation to London/Paris/Rome in Sept/2016...BUT after the stuff that went on in Paris a few weeks ago...SHE is scared to death to go (plus the language barrier) She talked me out of going in 2016...SO we decided to hit DL/USH/SW and hit the sightseeing tours of LA for our Sept/2016 vacation...It will be my 3rd DL visit...the GFs first!

A family reunion in April, Denmark and Iceland in June, then DLR in October! This is after a drought of not traveling for a while. I'm so excited to jump on planes again! It's my thing!
Denmark will of course include the REAL Legoland and the kids are out of their minds excited about that! (Me too, if truth be told!) DLR was just decided on this week and I'm so glad DH agreed to it. This is our 'one last Disney trip' while the kids are still 'young'. It sounds like many of you are staying away due to the construction. We'll just enjoy lower crowds then, I hope!

My daughter's marching band is going to be marching in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade in 2016. While I'm excited about that, it means that pretty much our entire vacation budget will be going to a NYC trip during the most expensive time of the year!

Have APs, just got back from our third trip this year.
However, 2016 is a WDW year....we alternate, so won't be back to DL until spring 2017.
I do have 4 WDW trips planned, Aulani and a trip to the Grand Canyon. Oh and a cruise through the Panama Canal.....so it will be a busy year.
