Whats with Italy?

We ate there for their last night on 8-31...is it open under the new name yet?

I don't believe it is for awhile. I have read the date, but don't recall what it was. You may have better luck with answers on another board.
Seems like it reopens mid month, and then closes again, and reopens next year.
I figure it is all subject to change anyway.
Last night I was in the store next to the restaurant. I did not walk over and peak inside. From what little I saw it just looked like a closed and dark building.

L'Originale Alfredo di Roma Ristorante closed for good on August 31. A new restuarant to replace it is not scheduled to open until the Fall of 2008. The new restaurant company reopenned Alfredo's under the new name Tutto Italia on a temporary basis until Spring 2008 when it will close and be turned into a new, yet to be disclosed restaurant scheduled for the Fall of 2008.

Was told they were closing for 2 weeks to turn over. Then major rehab will be done later & reopen (as stated) fall '08.
