What's Usually Better - DVC or AP discounts on rooms?

Going to Disney next month and unable to get the last night we want with points...

So we might book a room with cash. Anyone know what discount is normally better - DVC or AP?

The Member Cash discount (when available) is 25% at DVC Resorts only.

The passholder discount for stays beginning 6/16 thru 8/2 is 25% to 35% for Moderate, Deluxe and Deluxe Villas. For the Value Resorts, the passholder discount is 15% to 20%. This offer also includes Memory Maker for free.

We bought PAP's with the DVC discount but they have not been activated yet (they will be when we go to Disney in a few weeks)...so I'm not getting any of the info about promos nor does that come up when I log into the WDW website. Is there anywhere I can keep up with the discounts available to PAP holders? Thanks!
