what is up w/the AP rates for summer? just checked mary's site and they are still not posted. ugh!

They probably are giving the codes a chance to fill the resorts before they offer AP rates for summer. The codes were just released this week, so you may have to wait a little while longer. Snag up a code for now and watch.

It's JMHO, but I think Disney has adjusted to the fact that many people are now waiting until closer to their arrival date to book their hotel stays.

Before 9/11, many people booked way in advance - up to a year or more. Disney wants to maximize profits - can't really blame a business for that. If they think their hotel rooms will fill up without offering discounts, they have little incentive to offer them, especially several months in advance. I think there will be some discounts (both code and AP) offered for the summer, but I think we will have to wait a while longer to see them. Good luck to all who are waiting.
