I scheduled a vacation with them on March 5th. 3 nights + Tickets.
Changed the hotel 1 month later. Was charged $25 for the change. Find out one week ago that we have to pick up our vacation packet (tickets etc....) at the hotel. Now I don't see why they could not get the vacation packet to us. Does anyone know if this typical? or should I file a complaint?
