Does anyone know what the story is with reservations for the Luau? We are heading down from January 17-24, and I was able to get my ADRs for the entire week, except for the Luau on January 20th. Yesterday the CM told me to keep checking because reservations should be made available any day, but I called again today and the CM had no information. Does anyone know if I will have to wait until the new system is implemented to make this reservation?

Well, we stayed at the Poly in Dec.07....I was OBSESSED with booking the luau and My DF couldn't get the ressie. We got there and he called the day we arrived and MAGICALLY a reservation in the front opened up. Keep trying but do not stress, call when you arrive if u don't get one sooner, and you'll very likely get in. Esp. in January.
