What's up with Starz?

Last night I watched Pearl Harbor, then Black Hawk Down. Today there is a movie on called "Safe Passage" about a couple awaiting news of their Marine son, possible victim of a terrorist bombing.

What's up? Surely this programming wasn't planned to coincide with the war. It seems really odd to me.

I didn't watch any movies this weekend but did notice that the listings had a number of questionable (for the times) films scheduled. Did they think it was too close to air that they couldn't pre-empt with something else?
