What's up with Mypoints?

Twice this week I've gone to make a purchase and both sites (drugstore.com and 1-800-contacts) were gone!!!!!

So much for racking up those points for Rainforest Cafe certs.

Has anyone had trouble with them lately? I did send them off an e-mail about it, so I'm anxious to see what they have to say.

I have been having problems the last few weeks with my points as well. I have 750 points coming to me and they should have been credited by now, but I haven't received them yet. It is way past the 90 day wait period too, so I emailed them. I haven't heard back yet though.

I hope they bring back Drugstore.com...I actually like shopping at that site!

I haven't gotten a point email from them in weeks and they haven't credited me about 1000 points that I'm due. I'd be happy if I could just get 15 more points. That would get me to the level I was trying to reach to cash out and then I'd say so long. I think they've really fallen off since the holidays.

Thanks for that link!! I'll be sure to check it out! I've have to send follow-up e-mails to them for every Lancome purchase I've ever made with them. It seems the higher the point value the less likely they are to actually credit points on their own. Maybe just my imagination........

I did receive a reply to my inquiry....just that they change vendors periodically and that they apologize for any inconvience, blah, blah, blah.....

I'm also having the same problem with Freeride.

I think it tends to run in cycles. I have had to email about some points, and there are other points that show up in a matter of days!!

Do you do Lucky Points or PCH Points? Those are my next two favorites and they send out the GCs promptly as well!

Although I haven't bought anything lately through Mypoints, I have been getting e-mails from them regularly. Last week I racked up about 50 points just through e-mails.

i've been getting tons of mypoints emails. if your not getting check your spam/bulk folder. i've had to ok some from there in past few months.

I have been using mypoints for a few years. I loved that Snapfish was on the site. But I could not find it anymore. So I tried using the search on the mypoints page to locate it and that worked. You might be able to try this with drugstore.com

I think in the years that I have been a member before I started with Sunshine I got my points maybe twice and when I did try to fight with them they wouldn't respond or they were nasty or things like that. I have to say Sunshine and Drugstore I use all the time and I get credit at 5% each time. It is fabulous. And if for some reason you don't get credit they will go to bat for you to try to find it.

I had exactly the opposite (not with Drugstore). I RARELY received credit for shopping through SR, but I have ALWAYS received credited through MyPoints.

sunshine rewards is my reliable site. I think they have drugstore.com

They do with 5% back. Do you file Trouble Tickets with SR? Sometimes they come through without a persons name attached and need to be tracked. It is under the member zone and easy to do. You would be surprised how hard they bat for you.
