What's up with Global Test Market?

I've been doing Global Test Market for a couple of years but lately (like in the last 3 weeks or so) I've noticed that when I don't qualify for a survey, I don't even get the customary 5 pts. for trying -- even when it says in the invite that the points for the survey range from 5-70, for example. That was what I liked about them -- that even if you didn't qualify you at least got something. But lately that's not happening.

Is this happening to anyone else? Have they changed their policies and I missed it? I'll be mad if they're not giving points for trying to qualify, b/c I so rarely actually qualify.

I have done a ton of them in the last few weeks and I think one or two didn't credit after not qualifying. But I have always seen that.
