Noticed it as we were entering Animal Kingdom in mid-January. It was as we faced Rainforest Cafe, maybe something in the new Avatarland? Anyone know?

Can't wait to see it...the new attractions that is, not the tree. Last time we were in WDW (July 4th), it was still just a bunch of steel beams with cranes around it. Our kids were excited watching it go up.

Floating mountains from Pandora.

I fully expect those flying mountain banshees as well. I think the dragon they had at the fantasyland expansion was purely testing the technology (but thats just me)
