What's this thing about Ebay and VMK?

I've heard multiple times now, someone referring to staff asking people to sell items on Ebay and you can win something?? What is this all about? Where can I find this info? I read the newsletter and haven't found anything of the sort. Someone clue me in. I know I'm not the only one without a clue. I just haven't seen a board about it so I have to ask.
