Whats the weather like in late Oct?

Hi we are visiting Disneyland from Australia from Oct 28-31st, we will be in Disneyworld Florida prior to that. Just wondering if the weather will be much different in LA to Florida at that time of year...I have NO idea! I basically pack t-shirts and short pants for Florida so will I need to also pack pants and jackets for LA? Any help would be great. Thanks heaps!

We went last October, in the middle of the month. I packed t-shirts and pants, only to get there and it was WARM. Warm like shorts warm! I guess it could be hit and miss, so I'd pack some pants and shorts just to be on the safe side!

So, you're going right from Disneyworld to Disneyland? Wow, how fun!!

I was in DL October 2007, and it was warm during the day but not too hot. My kids were fine in capris and tee shirts. It did get chilly in the evening, so we brought jackets for then.

The average high for Anaheim in October is 80 and the low is 56, although that can vary greatly.

In October 2006, I was in WDW and I found it to be still hot and humid. Not as bad as summer of course, but still tank top and shorts weather.

So basically, you can probably expect DL to be cooler even during the day and most definitely at night. Best bet would probably be to bring layers to put on once the sun goes down.

When we were there last october, i packed pants cause here in canada its cold (duh ) But it was really warm so i had to go buy shorts lucky for me the few i found were on clearance! I would pack some pants just in case you never know for sure, and just becuase the day is hot doesn't mean the night will be! I would pack atleast a pair or 2 to be safe!

last October it was low 80's each day... capris and shorts and a light sweatshirt for mornings and evenings... tees for during the day!

I live in So Cal and went to WDW last October and it was quite a change. WDW was as others said much warmer and a lot of that had to do with the much higher humidity.

Layers are the best way to go with So Cal weather. It is common for the nights to be much cooler then during the day. But it should be really nice here in October. It also rarely rains in October in So Cal.
