What's the thing about this hat pin?

It is rectangular, thick enameled, curved surface on metal, blue-green background with a sorcerer hat in the middle, and a crescent moon on it. I heard it was given out with the purchase of items totalling $600.00 or more at the DS, but see it in Cheappins for less than $4.00. Image is not on Pinpics.

One of those things, or what is the scoop about that pin?
