What's the scoop on DVC & a dining plan?

Hey! I have been away for a few days...family in the hospital for procedures...and then I come back to the DIS to find that we, DVCers, might get a dining plan?

So, what's the scoop? Can anyone tell me the lowdown or at least post the link for threads discussing this?

Here a link to a thread that discusses it. Reports are you can start calling MS for the dining plan in January for DVC ressies that start in April. Same plan as regular WDW guests, and at the same price. All persons in the room must be on the plan, and it for the entire number of nights of the ressie. No park tickets required, which opens it to AP holders as well as MYW ticket holders.

Chuck do you mean it will be open to AP holders staying at other WDW resorts or just DVC? I saw a rumor about that a couple of weeks back but nothing confirmed.
