What's the scoop about refurbs in late sept/early oct???

Hi all,
The reason i ask here,is that on my last trip in feb of this year when i posted i was going and test track was ds favorite many here said that it would be closed for refurb,even though the offical disney site did not list this at all.Believe it or not,they were right in feb T.T. was closed for refurb.So i wondering how did you know even before disney listed it and do you know anything about late sept into early oct about ride refurbs or closings that disney has not listed as being closed for yet??????

I've been looking at the rumors thread, checking other sights and my subscribed newsletters, and http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/wd...lendarRefurbishmentsListingPage&date=20060901. With the Food and Wine Festival and MNSSHP beginning in this time period, I'm hoping not much will be down.
