When we went in Aug. of last year - we could not get one for both TOT and the Coaster. There was an hour long wait.

This is a hard question to answer and I'm sure you'll get a variety of responses.
Personally, I would not count on FastPasses being left. That does not mean that there will DEFINITELY be none left; I'm saying I wouldn't plan on it.
