I would be fine if they brought back Alien Encounter. It was so awesome! Between the new movie and Miles From Tomorrowland being popular, I have a feeling there will be some sort of overhaul.
!!!!!!!! This actually hurts my soul to know. I love the Tiki Room and have such fond memories of seeing it so many times with my now-deceased grandma.
Every time I go to WDW, I expect to see Carousel of Progress gone. We love it, but it's in dire need of an update. I know it's "one of Walt's," but, well...
And another vote for Stitch. It's not even scary, it's just gross. We don't even bother with it.
Any of Walt's attractions will remain. Jungle Cruise and Country Bear. Carousel of Progress will likely also remain due to it's historical status. I would like to see Tomorrowland Speedway redone. To be honest I just want them to make it so my kid can't jerk me around when she's driving.
My real money is on something like Sonny Eclipse being removed from Cosmic Ray's, the removal of the stage that currently houses the Incredibles Dance Party, or the loss of the Frontierland Shootin' Arcade. The impact would be minimal and wouldn't require an investment to build a new attraction immediately.
If Sonny Eclipse gets removed from Cosmic Ray's I wouldn't have any reason to eat there. Part of the fun is listening to his show whilst you eat, even if the food isn't very good!
Sure, Jungle Cruise and Tiki Birds are dated, but I shudder to think as to what might replace them. I don't have enough faith in the current Imagineers to add attractions that would be as good or hold appeal for as long at those two have.
Actually, since the dawn of FP+ and the need to wait for my next FP+ window to open, I have found new appreciation for walk in or walk on attrations that kill enough time to get me through, especially in air conditioning.
Like a previous poster said, I don't see anything happening at MK for a very long time. Pandora is still 2 years away, DHS will likely be a 5 year project and Epcot sorely needs some love.
Time to give speedway a major makeover or the boot - that is a lot of land that could be made better use of. Kids do like this but it is quite a slow line-up.

What could be done at Epcot? They need some refurbishments but otherwise it's pretty perfect to me!
The next thing to go in The Magic Kingdom is ...wow I really thought hard and I can't think of anything really useless or not popular but can't think of too many...
Peter Pans flight needs an update I suppose I think it looks dated inside
