I'm going to say that we'll soon see Disney charging for extra fastpasses.

Guests will still get their typical 3 fastpasses, but for x amount of money, you can buy a 4th, 5th, 6th FP+ etc in advance of your park day.

I could actually see that being a very popular thing though, depending on the price point.

I'd be right there with you. But I just don't think they have the capacity to do it. I'm sure they wanted to, but in reality I just don't think so.

Magical Express (mybe at least a per bag handling fee) and/or Daily Resort Fee (to access pool, activities, etc.).

Also, maybe early check-in or late check-out fee.

Maybe an actual charge to reserve an ADR (not just if you no show), where the amount goes toward the bill when you arrive.

Charge to visit rare/very popular characters.

Charging non resort guests to buy a Disney resort bus/boat pass. (Not monorail because of the TTC).

The one I can imagine almost instantly is Photopass CMs no longer being allowed to take pictures with guests' personal cameras/phones with the excuse of it being a "liability issue" but mainly to draw business to buy Memory Maker.
