What's the new spring "kid-sized package"?

And, is there a difference between that one and the regular spring discount offer? It doesn't seem like there's anything different, but I might be missing something. Thanks!

Spring discount is room only and able to upgrade to a package
Kids includes tickets and is a package from the get go and doesn't have as long of a booking date
