What's the most important thing you've forgotten to pack?!?

I'm checking my check list over and over...

It made me wonder...what's the most vital thing you've forgotten to pack??!

I forgot to bring the video camera charger one year...that was a bummer! No videos after Day #2

On a business trip, I forgot to pack underwear!!!! It was a great excuse to go shopping.

Another time I didn't bring enough sweat shirts, so I got to go shopping again!!!

I did this, too. Fortunately, it was a business trip to Dallas - great shopping there!

We went to Six Flags Over Georgia one year at the end of June. Who knew there would be a cold front and we would need sweatshirts?

Hi we forgot to bring sons asthma medication, packed in a small bag to take with us then somehow left it behind!
Was mad trying to get replacewments in a diffrent country!

Also forgot little dd music when she was a baby, she couldnt sleep without her music and we searched shops high and low for something with the same tune after a restless night pacing up and down the first night. ( the joy of babies eh!)

Hmm...I sense a theme here. Last November, I too forgot to pack any underwear. However, this mistake did introduce me to the wonder that is the Orlando Premium Outlets, so it all worked out just fine.

One year, we forgot to bring our carry-on bag(went home to retrieve it after 1 hour into the drive). Then 3 years ago, we didn't bring our PH tickets. So we ended up buying new ones.
This August was our lucky one. Nothing forgotten. :

Band-aids, suntan lotion and snacks. I ended up buying lotion at hotel and it was sooo much money. I found some travel size bottels this year.

I'm good at forgetting the smaller things such as my toothbrush or deodorant, etc. I finally got to where I bought two of everything and kept most of them already in my travel bag. One trip I did forget my travel bag and that wasn't fun. I had all of my toiletries and makeup inside. It's expensive when you have to buy everything at once!

This happened several years ago.....

Didn't actually forget to pack it, but son was helping me by loading my car. He forgot to load my garment bag. I arrived at my destination with the clothes that I was wearing and my toiletries and that was it.

Gee, guess I had to go shopping.....

Funny thing I always have Dhs and Ds things and things they would never think of to bring for themselves. You see they think packing is a bag full of snacks a cooler and soda and maybe 2 shirts and shorts everything else is optional in their world!

So naturally get out the great packing list on my last trip and printed that out nicely and loved it!!! Ultimate is right for that packing list too!

WEll as per my usual who do I fail to pack for?? you got it ! ME!!!!

This time was better than every trip before this time I forgot my braziers except the one I was wearing and NO these puppies require a mussel! Ok bad taste yes! I fogot my bathing suit as well as my cover up ! Shopping I went !

Funny thing though every trip before I have left almost all my needs behind so busy worrying if they have what they need. Next time I go away I think I will ask another wife or Mom to pack for me, I am sure she will remember everything!

UNDERWEAR! Packed 2 pair for 10 days on the Oregon coast! I had to go to Bi-Mart and buy granny panties (the Wal-Mart was 30 min. away). Not my sexiest vacation!

I didnt forget this but its vital, pack your drivers licenses ,photocopy all park tickets and leave em with a friend in case u need to call them for numbers on em

i remebered to pack everything for my DDs and my DH and i though i had everything for me but guess what i forgot my pants i when the first day in my pj shorts then when shopping at walmart my DH will never let me live it down
