... at the Coral Reef? I know lunch is served from 12-3 pm.

Could I make a reservation for 3 and still order from the lunch menu?

Yes, if a 3:00 seating is available, you will get the lunch menu. I think Coral Reef has a break in between lunch and dinner so the menu shouldn't be a problem. But check it anyway. I had a very late lunch reservation for another Epcot restaurant (no longer there) and we were charged the dinner prices after. The waiter said "You were seated in the dinner section". Huh? See menu - see the word LUNCH on it? Sorry - just a bad experience with a restaurant that no one to deal with anymore.

But yeah, you'll be fine at lunch at the Coral Reef.
