For those who are planning a trip, wondering what the first things you plan to buy are?

For me, it's:

A Disney Messenger bag to carry my "stuff" around in
My Port Orleans refillable mug, of course

a) baskets from feralpeg for my mum (who is taking everyone on this trip) and for my two kids, (their first disney trip)

b) refillable mug for Port Orleans French Quarter

c) hoop de doo revue tickets (which i reserved with dining credits but i may change and pay for them in cash when we get there. lol)

d) a funky hat or headband to wear the week starting from when we arrive

The first things we always buy are autograph books and pens, followed by the refillable resort mug.

Then, some crazy ears or a funny hat to wear! It's just not a true WDW trip if I don't have my crazy ears!

evidently my expectations are way different as i immediately thought "mickey rice kripsy treat"

so i'll add a pin from where ever we end up staying & since we usually go to dtd first night, mickey mouse head soaps for those at home

I always buy the Mickey Swell Mints in the tin. I've gotten about 15 people I know hopelessly addicted to them For only $2.25 each cheap souvenirs and I think of Mickey every time I pop one in my mouth.

always purchase the refillable mug and then ........a double cheeseburger from the food court.....I can't understand why these burgers are the best.....maybe cause I am starving by the time we get to Disney

My mind was on snacks, too. If we arrive early, it will be one of those HUGE cinnamon rolls from the Main Street Bakery. If it's later (due to dh not being able to get away from work early), it will be a fresh ice cream-cookie sandwich. Yummmm! I can't wait!!!

Well, after I read about the "pearls" in Epcot, I am now fixated on getting a "pearl".....not just any pearl mind you but THE pearl....the biggest and prettiest one I can, to mount on a new ring or necklace! Of course, this may change if my husband is with me!!
