What's the first thing you do at Disneyworld?

Our first park is always the Magic Kingdom. We don't even have to ride anything (if we had a late flight or something) but we need to walk down mainstreet and see the castle - just to catch the Disney bug full-force! lol

After check in, which we be early this time since our plance lands at 9:05 AM (yikes!!), we will as usual head out to MGM and ride TOT. It is my DBF's favorite, so we always do that first. After that, we'll play it by ear and see how tired we are. We both also love One Man's Dream, and that also seems like an awesome way to start the trip. Nothing like Walt's dream to start off a hoepfully wonderful trip :goodvibes

After we get settled in we go have Dinner at Chef Mickeys then go for a monorail ride.

We usually drive in and arrive somewhere between 6:00-7:00 pm. Check in to our resort and freshen up, then head off to a nice dinner. In the past it has been Chef Mickey's...this time it will be Ohana. After dinner, we hop the monorail for a quick ride around the MK, Epcot loop. I just love the monorail! "Por favor mantengese alejado de las puertas" It gets us excited for the rest of our vacation. Then back to our resort for bed! I can't wait! Oh, the first park always has to be the Magic Kingdom!

Hey, Lola, looks like we have the same tradition. Gotta love that monorail!

1. Check in.
2. Visit the loo.
3. Change shirt and stinky socks/shoes.
4. Go to Epcot and get on Spaceship Earth.

We drive down, so it's always 7:00p.m. or later when we arrive. We usually check in the resort and just hang at the pool all evening. OUr next trip is Christmas this year and we will be bringing a small trip to put up in the room, so I anticipate that the pool will give way to tree decorating on that first night.

As for our first thing in the parks, we have always gone straight to MK and rode the mountains first thing. This trip will be different. EE at AK has opened since we were last there. Our first day will be at AK. We will be a part of the opening rush to EE.

I love checking in to my hotel, first things first. I need that justification that I'm finally here!
And the first and last park is ALWAYS MK. We usually always head to Tomorowland first, get a FP for Space Mtn, then head onto the people mover.

after we check in we never have a plan! we just get on the first bus that shows up!!! :moped:

The first thing we do is check into the hotel and then ride around in the monorail. It is so good when we hear "Please stand clear of the doors, Por favor (I don't know how to spell in Spanish)" :) Then we usually eat somewhere like Chef Mickey's or ESPN Club and just get into the Disney spirit!! :cheer2:

For our first WDW trip, I have a pretty relaxed arrival day planned. We have to fly from San Diego CA, so I think we'll just check in, rest, and head to DTD. :thumbsup2
First full day will start off with breakfast at Crystal Palace and then MK all day! :cloud9:

We get there....check in and then head to the MK and run as fast as we can to Pirates. I know it sounds corny but I love that ride and the smell of the water!

Have A Magical Day!

the first thing i do is stroll down main street usa, your not at disney until main street

The past 2 times we went to MGM. My 2 sond have to see Buzz and woody. But this year it's Lightning McQueen and Mater. They can't wait.

Depends on arrival time. We usually arrive late at night (10:30 pm), so we check in, dump our luggage and purchase refillable mugs. We fill 'em up, take 'em to the room, get into our swimsuits and hit the pool!

Our first full day is always started at MK. We walk down Main Street and take our traditional photo in front of the castle. Then we head right to Tomorrowland to Space Mountain!
