What's the difference?

Hi all! DH and I went to WDW in Sept 04 for our honeymoon...when they still had the Magic Wishes program, which we used for dining. My question is, how much different, aside from only being allowed one table service meal, is the current dining plan? Are there any restrictions to the menu, other than the "nothing made for two or more people" rule? Thanks!
