What's the difference in....

Ok...this may be a silly question, but when I am ordering US tickets and EPs, it gives me the option of either:

1) Will Call Kisok

2) Ticket Window Pickup

What is the difference...are they just in different locations? Is one better than the other to get the tickets at? Thanks in advance for any info!

The kiosks are self serve and would be my choice of the two. Because for the ticket window pickup option, I believe you'd have to stand in the same line as everyone else who is purchasing tickets, Annual Passes, have questions, etc. But the kiosks usually have little to no line.

At IOA, the kiosks are to the far right of the entrance area. And I apologize, but I'm not sure where they are located on the Studios side.

You can also use the ticket window at the hotels. Sometimes those are less crowded. Last summer, Royal Pacific didn't have their will call kiosk working, only the ticket window.

Can the ticket windows in RPR be used to pick up season passes? I purchased them already and was told I had to pick them up at the park.

Second trip we chose ticket window, but took a chance and were able to use the kiosk at the park.

And that was to pick up my prepurchased AP. (Got the family tickets through undercovertourist for that trip

Yes. I did this a few weeks ago. I did need my email confirmation number for her to pull it up. It was very quick!

You can do almost any transaction at the hotel ticket windows. I have picked up pre-purchased AP. Switched paper AP for plastic AP card. Did a bunch of transactions for Volcano Bay; however, this may have changed, because VB procedures change daily. If you aren't sure, just ask them before waiting in line, if there is a line.
