What's the Deal with the Ice Cream?

We have been going to Disney World for years and years, and we always takew time to enjoy a few Mickey Bars along they way. My sister has always liked the Mickey ice cream sandwhiches. Last May and August, they were apparently cancelled. During our trips this May and last December, they were all of a sudden back with a little Happiest Celebration on Earth sign on the selection board. What is the deal with it?

Well, my DH loves the Mickey Bars and I like the Ice Cream Sandwiches and we did get them at the carts in December2005 during the Celebration so I don't know why they were cancelled or not around when you went.

When we were there in August CM's told us the warehousing had a problem and melted the mickey head ice cream bars. They were unavaliable during over half our trip.
