What's the deal with Southwest's internet special fare?

Why is that their internet special fare available one moment and disappears the next?

I searched for a flight and found an attractive internet fare at $49...i clicked back to confirm my intinerary and then it's GONE!

is there a way to get it back?

There are a limited number of seats available on a given flight for those fares. If someone else bought the last seat offered at the lower price while you were in the process of booking, you're out of luck until the next sale (if any). You also can run into problems if you're trying to book multiple tickets and there are fewer seats available at a given fare than you're trying to book.

I had the samething happen to me! But, is was from late last night to this morning. So, I thought they ended the sale. This incident is not due to supply and demand, because I checked every day from now until the middle of April and it showed the same fare. In my case the internet fare was deleted. Sorry.
