What's the deal with AllSeas pricing?

I just priced out online cruises for Dec. and March and their prices were more than DCL! What gives! I see everyone on here raving about them, but why would I pay more for my cruise through an agency that I don't know over DCL whom I know and trust?

Also, we just got Costco's price and it isn't as much of a discount as we thought it would be? Any other suggestions? (we are Canadian).

Thanks, Tiger :earsgirl:

If All Seas is more than DCL, I think someone got something wrong. I suspect they quoted the wrong category or something. This makes no sense. Costco wasn't as cheap as I'd expected from the boards when I checked them.....but All Seas is always less than DCL!

Honestly at this point, I wouldn't expect there to be too many good discounts left for this December. We just booked the last two group rate rooms with our friends with a TA for a 12/06 cruise date. I wouldn't think that anyone's rate would be more than DCL's though. Did they include transfers & insurance while your quote from DCL didn't? That changes the total by 500-600 for 4 people.

try magic for less, micdan travel, or mouse ear vacations...

I checked both 4 and 7 night for this December and AllSeas is beating Disney by a rough average of $600+ for a family of four. One thing you have to watch for on the Disney Cruise site is that when you are checking prices for multiple cruises/itineraries it can reset itself when you choose a different itinerary to one person only pricing, which can be misleading.
