What's the cutest/funiest thing your child has said at Disney World?

I put this on here before, but back in 2005, when my first son was 3, we were starting to leave the Magic Kingdom and were passing the Partner's statue with Walt and Mickey hand in hand. Upon seeing this, my son blurted out "There's Mickey and his daddy!" :goodvibes In a way, it is true.

There were 2 funny things my son did when we took him to WDW at 2 1/2 years old.

We waited in line to see Jafar for about 20 minutes. When it was his turn, he walked towards Jafar, leaned in and went, "RRRROOOOOOAAAAAAARRRRRRR!!!". Then he simply turned and walked away.

The other funny thing was when he met Cruella. My DH was holding him, and my DS shook his finger at Cruella and said in his little 2 1/2 year old voice, "Woo weave dos puppies awone!!" Cruella ALMOST lost character and started to smile.

I have picturs of both! but don't know how to add a picture to a thread!!

Our kids are teens now - but when our DD was 6...

Cindy's Breakfast - there no Prince charming at breakfast.

Our then 6 year old DD asked Cinderealla "Where Prince Charming ?"

Cinderella politely replied, "Prince Charning is washing the car this morning"

Our DD shouted out, "A car ? I thought he owns a horse !"

Cinderella was surpised at our DD's response.
Our table, plus others around us got a good laugh that morning.

My then-5 year old convinced us to let her ride Tower of Terror - she LOVED it, but everytime someone would ask her what her favorite ride was, she would put her hand against her forehead and say "Tower of Stress, of course".

TOT will forever bee TOS to us now:rotfl:

When I took my DS to Disney for the first time he was barely 6 years old. We went into Mickey's house in Toon Town. Then we went to the judges house and seen Mickey Mouse.

This is what Jacob said to Mickey Mouse " Mickey, I was just at your house and it is an awful mess!"

Mickey bent over laughing, hand over mouth trying to keep it together. The photographers were about peeing their pants laughing...cause DS was very serious! When everyone got it together the photographers told my son that Donald Duck made the mess!:rotfl:

At Islands of Adventure: My son Jacob(same child/same age ) let out a huge screech and screamed in front of Scooby Doo and a crowd of people. "Mommy, I didn't know Scooby Doo was real!"

At Islands again. We were watching How the Grinch Stole Christmas. My son walked up to the Mayor of Whoville and told him " You need to call the police, the Grinch is going to steal your presents!"

Jacob was dead serious. The Mayor said to me " What a delightful child" !

We went last summer to celebrate our DD's 11th and 4th birthdays. Because of the age difference in them DH & I would split up and take them to different rides/attractions. Well, on our last night there DH took our oldest to ride Splash & Big Thunder one more time and I took our youngest to Fantasyland to ride Dumbo, Small World & Pooh. We got finished with these before DH & oldest DD got back so I asked her what she wanted to do and she said "Let's go to Mickey's Feel My Magic show"...I just cracked up!!

Priceless! :rotfl:

Just last month, while we were waiting in line for the "Backlot Tour" at Hollywood Studios, my two year old daughter spotted some props from Pirates of the Caribbean. There was the figurehead from the Black Pearl, a ship's wheel and some neatly stacked small cannonballs, stacked in a pyramid shape, like this:

HPIM1595.

She pointed at the cannonballs and repeatedly yelled, "LOOK, POOPIES! LOOK, POOPIES!" :)

2 things--both from the first time we took our boys to WDW. At the time, youngest DS was 4. We didn't use a carriage and he walked everywhere like a little trooper, never complained. Then at the end of the day when we had to walk to the bus stop and he started whining I said "we just have to walk to the bus over there" and he said "What the heck, my wegs are weally tired". Just like that. We laughed and laughed. And also from that trip, oldest was 7 and our first morning walking into MK he said to his little brother, "There's the castle, can you believe we're here?" It was so cute. :flower3:

I'm with her!!! :scared:

My favorite is when dd9 and I were watching the castle show. This was when they first had the characters with the moving eyes and mouths. I was sure she had the character thing figured out, as a pp said. So I pointed out how cool it was that Mickey's mouth and eyes were moving as he talked. She calmly said, "Yeah, Mom, it's only the pretend Mickeys who can't talk. That's the real one."

PERFECT. My DD will be asking me this question when we're there in September. I'm sure!! Now I can use that as my answer to her!

I remember when DS was 5 and we were at Chef Mickey's. He started the whole "Mickey's not real" conversation. I couldn't believe it. He was only 5!! Then later that week we were at Crystal Palace for dinner and he came over to me an wispered, "Mom, see? See the zipper up Pooh's back!!???!!" then raised and lowered and raised and lowered his eyebrows at me to empasize his point. I didn't think that would happen until at least 8 years old. He caught me SO off guard!!

2 weeks ago at Hollywood Studios my 3 yr. old DS said (while taking his pic with the power rangers) mommy the red ranger has ****ies like you (a chest- i was edited)....i guess the red ranger is supposed to be a guy....the camera lady laughed...too funny.:rotfl:

My daughter had just turned two last year ... and fully believed she was a princess. Well, she still does, but that's therapy for later. Before going to Disney, she looked at me and said "Momma, if I'm a princess, that makes you a queen, right?!" Ahh, such a smart girl I have.

So ... we're in front of the castle:
Julie: Momma, that's Cinderella's house, right?
Me: Yep, Princess Cinderella lives there.
Julie: Momma, since you're a queen ... can WE live there?!?!

Sigh ... if only it worked that way hun ... if only it worked that way.

We just got our vacation planning video in the mail and there was a picture of the castle on it. I showed DS (2.5 yo) the cover and said look, it's Cinderella's castle. His reply was "No, that's Mickey's castle"

Last August My 3 yr old DG asked the night before we were leaving if we could just stay there forever and ever! "Everyone is here, the rooms are nice and "Ooma" we could be Cinderella's forever. Nobody came for money while we were here, so we don't need to pay" Taking her back in July, can't wait!

We were on the dock of the Contemporary watching the water pagent, then turned around to watch the fireworks from MK. I was holding DD who had just turned 2. As we were watching, she whispered her first sentence. "I'm happy, Daddy." That was our first night of the trip, and I knew that would be the highlight of the trip.

About a year later, we were at Ohana's, and our server came to our table with alot of excitement. When she asked "Who wants Mai Tie??!!!" DD, with the same amount of excitement, pumped her fist in the air with a yell "I DO!!!" :rotfl2: The server couldn't stop laughing.

This past October, DD number 2, (6 yo) was on my shoulders while watching Wishes from Main Street. There is part where the voice durring the show says something like "Lets all make a wish, and make our dreams come true." Now this is about 80 percent through the show, and my shoulders were getting pretty tired. DD leans over and whispers in my ear, "I made a wish, Daddy." It's amazing how something like that can give you the energy so that you want to stay there, DD on shoulders and all, watching Wishes all night, untill the sun comes up.

My five year old dd keeps saying "okay we've been three times, now we have to go ten more times".

She also said after she met Mrs. Incredible, "She thinks I'm her daughter"!
