What's the current finance rate through DVC?

Okay, the postcard sitting on my desk is wearing me down, LOL! Does anyone know the rates and terms they are offering for add-on contracts?

According to the SSR Financing Chart in front of me, they are as follows:

1 Year - 50% Down - 4.95%
3, 5, 7 & 10 Years - Minimum 20% Down - 9.75%

This is what we did last month;
-250 pts. at SSR
-Magical Beginings promotion = $5 per point.
-Current automatic promotion = $5 per point
-Financed $10k @ 9.75% with direct debit, 10 years.
-Monthly payment (Principal/Interest & Dues) = $250.00 +/-

Current promotions and/or credit scores could effect APR.
