Research is always a good thing. Check Dreams, Allseastravel, Costco....
Take those rates with you. You can always use the computers in the Internet Lounge as well to check it out.
If you book before you board and then want to cancel to use the reservation you get while on board, your deposit will be refunded to the credit card you charged it to. Disney will then recharge you the new deposit.
If you change your date or your catagory later, you keep the 10% off discount, but it is at prevailing rates when you make the switch. (remember,
DCL gets more expensive as time passes...not less expensive). You will also keep the $200 room credit.
This is a great way to reserve a 2007 cruise. Book for the last week of Dec 2006 and then when the new cruises come out Aug or Sept I am told)....first thing, change when the rates are at the lowest.
The very last thing to remember, is to transfer your reservation to Dreams and get their rebate, even if you booked on board for the great rate there.
Hope this helps someone,
Lisa
