What's the Cheat Free Challenge?

Okay, as you know I was inernet impaired for a few days. Well now that I'm back I see all these clippies saying 2 days cheat free, 3 days cheat free....can anybody fill me in on the challenge?

Is it cheat free according to your plan? So if I'm on weight watchers am I cheat free as long as I am within my points?

Who started the challenge, and If I wanted in, could I get in?

I must admit though, 100 days cheat free during the summer...that IS a challenge!
