Mushroom Filet Mignon with mashed potatoes and of course, cheddar cheese soup

I got the mushroom filet with the risotto in Sept. It was so good I wiped my plate with the bread so I didn't miss a drop.
When our waiter came by to collect our dishes, I told him, "Oh, I didn't like that at all!" He laughed and asked me, "How come you licked the plate clean, then?"
