Whats the Best Restaurant in EPCOT?

I was really impressed with Rose & Crown. The steak was much better than Le Cellier's (IMHO) and the fish was very light. My DD's loved it also. Service was impeccable and friendly. Drink were refilled quickly.

What about the Garden Grill in the Land?? I've heard good things about it.
