whats the best purchase you made in orlando?

I bought a coat from Steve and Barries in the festival bay everything was $8.95 throughout the store. Its a fleece on the inside and waterproof outside it has been so usefull standing in the playground with the kids. I am definately going back there.

The kids love Abercrombie and Fitch, its a name you can't easily get over here - they nearly bought out the store!!
To be fair, with the introduction of the internet, most things are a similar price over in the US. Years ago, especially when the exchange was $2.50 to the £ - you could get some great bargains, and things that were different.
My DH has bought Maglites recently, as they still seem much cheaper, but you have to be careful!
Golf is a great value, especially using discount web sites. To be able to play Magnolia (US PGA course), for only $55 including a cart is fantastic - thats cheaper than our greenfees at our home club, not to mention the added £20 cost of the cart. So I guess, I'd say golf was our best buy.

Youngest DDs clothes from Old Navy - I think we got about 4 pairs of jeans and a couple of tops for about $30!

I also find that WDW tshirts and sweatshirts last for years. I still wear tshirts from 1997. They have been washed hundreds off times but still keep their shape

All of the above and strangely headache pills of all types are a lot cheaper and bulk buy in bottles of 500.

Tell me about it... it isn't just the cost, it is the convenience... 500 iboprufin in a jar saves god know how many trip to the chemist...

With you all the way on the WDW t-shirts, just put my ToT one back in the cupboard, bought that in '95 and it's still fine.

We always buy loads of stuff for our DS from Old Navy too. Their jeans & sweat jackets are great value and he likes their socks & undies so much have to buy enough each time we go to last until our next expected trip as he pretty much refuses to wear any other brand DD loves Abercrombie & Fitch and Forever 21 and DH loves American Eagle. I always buy loads of Clinique and Yankee Candles.

This is going to sound silly but Revlon Flex shampoo. At the time I had curly hair and paid £4.00 a bottle for the stuff.

At the Revlon store (in florida mall i think) they had a mega sale and a 400g bottle was a dollar, amazing!!

While my other half bought trainers, jeans etc I bought shampoo!!!!
