I don't eat them very often at all, but if I'm in a pinch, I'll grab one now and then.
Carb Solutions has a couple that are OK... the chocolate mint, and the hazelnut toffee.
EAS has a new chocolate peanut butter that's not bad, and the cookies and cream is OK.
I don't think any of them are great, though. I'm afraid it's a completely personal thing, too... Some people LOVE the lemon chiffon cheesecake... I thought I'd DIE eating it. Blech.
Funny thing is, the longer you low-carb, the better tasting all that stuff gets. Our tastes change dramatically.
If you want just a treat, try the PureDelight candy bars... they are SCRUMPTIOUS. Both the chocolate bars, and the nougat-filled (all flavors). I can find them at
WalMart for 96-cents a piece. Atkins Endulge stuff is good, too.
Of course, the more you eat of any of them, the more likely you are to stop losing. Russell Stover is NOT my friend!
