How about option 3; the WLV? They're the most 'adult' of the DVC's if you exclude busy party places like the Boardwalk. They have Artist Pointe (one of the best resturants at WDW) and a very romantic feel.
I choose SSR. I own there so I am a bit biased. I know a lot of people like OKW and decor but to me the decor says retirement home. That is just me though.

Well, if you can't do VWL, then I would pick SSR. I think the location close to DD would be better for honeymooners. Lots of nice restaurants, shopping, PI, etc. For an adult trip I think SSR would be a great location. It looks like a beautiful resort from all the pictures too, very sophisticated.
I picked SSR also for DTD and PI - I'm assuming this is a no kids vacation?
We love love love OKW, but SSR is just so sophisticated and elegant and such...
On the other hand, have you thought about doing a point transfer for the extra points to stay at VWL/BCV/BWV?? I know it can be expensive to rent all the points needed, but if it's only the difference between SSR and one of those it might be more in the realm of possibility? If so, I would highly recommend any of those.
Congratulations, by the way!! DH and I had a "Disneymoon" too and now we "have" to go back every year to keep celebrating
Thanks so much guys! It is so hard picking a resort, I'm going to have to decide between the huge rooms and jacuzzi at OKW or the great theme at SSR. I'm taking the advice and pondering this until my DF makes me pick one and roll with it!
Easy. Old Key West. Get a one bedroom unit and try to get one that backs up to the woods...like building 11. Explain to member Services and the front desk that it's your honeymoon and they'll help out if they can. Buy some nice candles and a good bottle of champagne and plan a time where you all can just relax in the jacuzzi. That and spending time on your porch with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, enjoying the scenery, is just magic. If you get bored, you can always go to a park....but they'll always be there and you'll only have one honeymoon.....and let me tell you, years from now when you have kids and your schedule revolves around them you'll be so glad you enjoyed time to yourself. Congrats, by the way and enjoy your honeymoon wherever you stay.
OKW but I vote for building 55 or 56 away from any hustle and bustle and with a great view of the canal and a nice pool area. That is all saying you go with a 1 bedroom - If it is a studio - SSR as the studio layout with the sofa etc. is better IMHO. Whatever you decide - best wishes.
For us it would definitely be SSR, being so close to the dining and entertainment at DTD. We absolutely love being able to stroll to House of Blues for a drink and some live entertainment, and then pick up something to eat from Wolfgang Puck Cafe on the way back to the room...
