What's the best deal out there for new Disney Visa Card?

My DSis is thinking about getting a Disney Visa credit card in order to save up for rewards points(she saw me using mine last week to buy all my meals at WDW!). Are there any good deals out there? I know I've seen people saying they've gotten lots of extra reward points for signing up. Anyone?

We got a mailer for $200 in DRD for a new card. DH was an "authorized user" on my card, so we got him one in his own name for the score. I don't think the mailers are transferable, though, so she might need to have her own..
