What's the best 1BR room request at BRV?

We are renting DVC points for a 1BR at BRV and finally booking our late January trip this morning! Anyone have suggestions on what to request for our room? Location, floor, view? Thanks in advance!

5519(left red area) and 5523(right red area) both have a really good view of the pool area and bay lake, 5th floor. 3rd floor under these rooms are a grand villa so its 1st, 2nd or 5th for 1 bedrooms in that corner.

That's not Boulder Ridge. That's Copper Creek. No grand villas in BRV.
