Whats stroller swapping?????

Been reading through the threads.........Am I missing somthing i am confused........ please explain.

Hi, the stroller swap is a stroller donated to the Dis by a member, how long ago i do not know. then it keeps getting passed on to other dis members so it doesn't leave WDW and budget concious dissers get to save money on renting one. At the top of the budget board is a thread with the information. Someone already had the stroller spoken for on the week we will be there so i missed out. Check to see if your week is available.

Wiskband, Tank about summed it up! The stroller has been "strollin" through WDW since March and each and every day since then it has been in the hands of a DISer! Check out the thread: http://disboards.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=361259

if you scroll down KathleenFL has links with pictures of some of our swappers and where the stroller has been. Even if your dates are taken I do have a stand by list that I have had to utilize a few times so you can always get your name on that as well. I have some great DISers who also "sit" for us when there is a lag in "users" so their dates are also available. Just look for the * next to their name. A stroller rental at WDW is $7 a day so even if the stroller isn't available for your whole trip it does save you a bit of $ PLUS you get to meet a fellow DISer and check out our terrific scrapbook that every one has been doing!
