What's something you've never done at WDW?

I had never been on Astro Orbiter either in 6 trips; it was the only ride at the MK that I hadn't been on. When we were there last week, we decided to go back to the park at night after a big rainstorm. It was 10:45 pm and the park had pretty much emptied out when I remembered that I wanted to ride it. We closed the park on it- it was the highlight of my trip!

Astro orbiter, a top choice on this list for many!
Carousel of Progress
Hall of Presidents
No tours, ever!
Toy Story Mania, broke every time I have been in the park!
Fantasmic, whatever name of show is at DHS
Mission Space

I am heading for my 10th trip in October and plan to try some of these. The kids are getting older and I am hoping to expand their horizons!!

I've been there 10 times and have yet to enter a waterpark.

Is it really worth it? I figure a water park is a water park.

We did Typhoon Lagoon on our honeymoon in 1998. We had a really good time! We always go in February now and it's always closed for refurb so we havent been back. We plan to go in September for DS's 8th birthday and plan to hit it then!

The only thing I keep putting on my list is having a drink at the Dawa Bar at AK. On our last trip, we were meeting up there at a certain time to have a drink, and it started raining hard a few minutes before we got there, and the place was packed. We decided it would be too miserable to enjoy it. It remains on my list.

There are a lot of other things that we haven't done, but that is what comes to mind.

I try to find at least two things, I've never done...and DO THEM each trip....last year "behind the seeds" tour. It was REALLY FUN!

So my list of nevers....

keys to the kingdom tour (doing that in two weeks!)
Carousel of Progress
I've never eaten a turkey leg (on the agenda!)
Never stayed at the Poly, all though I've always wanted to!
water parks...never squeezed them in.

For all of you who have never done the Astro Orbiter-you are not missing anything. Our kids joke about it all the time-how much mommy hates it! We rode it for the first (and my last) time in 2006. I rode with our son who was 3and I have never been more nervous-I thought the seat belts were flimsy & kept thinking he was going to fall out! He kept wanting us to go up higher like daddy & our daughter and I refused-we stayed as low as you can get. I was white-knuckled the whole time! Never again! Maybe we should start a new thread "Things I've never done at Disney and don't want to do" or "Things I've done at Disney & would never do again!"

*Tom Sawyer Island
*Stitch (I know everyone says it sucks, but I just want to decide for myself)
*Animal Kingdom JUST ONE TIME WITHOUT FIGHTING WITH MY MOM!!!! The heat at that park makes her nuts.
*POFQ pool (that's where we'll stay this time)
*La Cellier (I gave up my ADR's last time in favor of letting the kids eat somewhere they wanted to go)
*Behind the seeds tour (great homeschooling lesson!)
*Rapunzel meet and greet
*Dumbo (don't judge me, okay?)
*Chip and Dale's campfire

I'm sure there's more, but it's hard to remember!

We've never done: Dumbo, Flying Carpets, Astro Orbiter and Tom Sawyer's Island
We have never golfed (except miniature) or done the balloon ride at DTD.

These are all because we didn't care to do them, not that we've always meant to but didn't. I do think we'll try Astro Orbiter this year, though DH get's motion sickness on rides that go around, so I may be going solo.

I have not done the hot air balloon at downtown disney! we were there the first year it opened and the weather wouldnt allow it.

havent stayed at Animal Kingdom or any deluxe resort, although I did get a bounce back for AKL and did not get to go

To those that have not done the following.....GO!
we loved DISNEY Quest, LOVE the water parks and LOVED cirque de soliel!
