What's POR's pool slide like?

We're considering adding a day or two at PO-Riverside, mainly as an "off" day for the kids, age 9 & 6, to play and swim before we head home.

I've heard lots about the dragon slide at POFQ, but even the Allears.net photos don't really show what the slide is like at the Old Man River pool.

Can anyone tell me more about it ~ or ~ compare POR's slide to POFQ's?

Thanks!! :earboy2:

My dd loved the slide at POR. It was pretty long and twisty, not covered if I remember correctly. I know that the pool area has been rehabbed since we stayed there last, so I'm not sure if the slide remains the same. But there were a lot of kids really enjoying it the last time we were there.

POR's slide is up in a treehouse and I think its a little longer than POFQ's. If I remeber right, it only has one curve...
My daughters - 10 & 8 - like the slide at POR better now, not so little kiddish they say.
If I can find any pictures of it, I'll post the links. :)

THANK YOU~~THANK YOU~~~THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

This is exactly what I needed to know. This board is so great! You can find an answer here better than any place I know!
