What's open during EMH? (Morning mainly)

Hey guys! Sorry if this has been asked many times before.

My family & I are in the early stages of planning our next WDW holiday! But for a change we're thinking about going late April into May or late May into June (we're so used to going in October!) so we've got to plan everything alot more vigorously than normal!

But anyway.. back to the actual point of this thread. *sorry*

We don't normally 'do' EMH especially Morning so we were wondering what if any places to eat are open during EMH? Especially bakery/patisserie type places to grab a morning drink & quick breakfast? (Main Street Bakery & the French Bakery in Epcot for example.) I am aware that no TS restaurants will be open then though.

You might find a bakery, or small offering of breakfast. Other than Character breakfast, the parks don't offer much. Most dining doesn't start till about 11:00. At epcot WS doesn't open till about the same. We eat at the resort.
