What's open at City Walk?

DH and I will be arriving at our Disney resort early afternoon on Saturday. Once we get settled, we're considering taking an Uber over to City Walk for the evening since we don't have any plans and won't be doing any Universal parks this trip.

My question is what is open and would this even be worth our while? We've done this in the past, and were able to spend a couple hours there - browsed the Universal store and Billabong store, grabbed drinks at Bubba Gump and Antojitos, had dinner somewhere, picked up some Voodoo Donuts at the end of the night. Can all these things still be done? Are reservations necessary anywhere currently?

Lastly, here in NY we are currently required to order a food item with any alcohol purchase at a restaurant. Is this required in FL? We like to "bar hop" at City Walk so just want to plan accordingly if we have to order food at each stop as well.

I'd think on a Saturday, you'd be fine but the best advice is to download the app and look at the times posted there. There are a few of the restaurants that are closed Monday - Wednesday (Big Fire is one I remember). Hot Dog Hall of Fame was closed Mon - Fri.

I'm usually a "you don't need reservations at Universal" person... but, it's very different now. We were quoted long waits our first night (Wednesday, so there were fewer options) so we made reservations the next night. We weren't there on a Saturday night, but I can only imagine that walk up waits would easily be over an hour.
