Awww... well, just remain positive. Why would he lose interest because you needed to get a textbook from a friend? Though I know how it feels when you leave a conversation with saying anything it feels like you just blew people off, but possibly they may have noticed you were in a hurry and just ignored the fact you had to leave. Try not to let this get you down, he probably is still interested in you.

Eh, I don't think it was just that, I didn't even say why I left. I just abruptly walked away and realized a second too late that it could be taken as really rude.

It's pretty likely I'll get to see him again today, hopefully. I'll be sure to be dressed extremely cute, too. ;P

I'm also just really sensitive to stuff like this, I'm always scared of messing things up or doing something that could be taken the wrong way. It's times like these I wish I wasn't so socially awkward.
