I've never been much into Harry Potter, but I've seen movies 1-6 (read only the 1st, 3rd, and 4th books so maybe I missed something) and I kinda felt like Harry/Ginny came outta nowhere.

Ginny's had a crush on Harry since the first book, I think. Might of been announced in the second. Harry didn't want her, he wanted Cho Chang. Then she went all soppy and sad over Cedric, which put Harry off a bit. Then I don't know afterwards...
