I think before Amy and Rory found out that River was their daughter, River should've almost accidentally called Rory 'Dad' like Marty does to George in Back To The Future. BTTF references are always good to throw in.

I think the problem with that is it would of spoiled the reveal really...

I'm thinking back to that scene when Rory goes to River to get her help in Good Man Goes To War. She seems really happy to see him, then is really distraught when he tells her why he's come to her... Could this mean Rory dies... Permanently?
