I totally noticed this on Thursday! I was waiting for a bus to come, and it ended up being a bendy bus. I haven't been on one before (In London anyway. They have longer bendy buses in Madrid...), so I got on and moved towards the back. At the next stop, I noticed that people were getting on at the other doors other than the front, and looked behind me to see an Oyster card scanner. It's obvious that you can just get on these buses and never pay!

I understand it, but I don't have to worry about the zones, since I have to get a zone 1-6 travelcard anyway.
